The challenge
Aether was burning ad spend on a landing page nobody wanted to fill out. 62% of clicks bounced before the form was done. Their SDRs were also getting swamped in WhatsApp DMs and couldn't triage them fast enough. On a good day, a hot lead waited four hours for a reply.
Solution design
We moved the ads straight to WhatsApp using an approved template. An agent answers product questions from the actual catalog, works out whether the buyer fits Aether's ICP, and drops a HubSpot deal with an owner attached. By the time a human opens the deal card, the transcript, the score and the suggested next step are already there.
